Farmington Hills families can plan for Boo Bash, the city's annual Halloween celebration at Heritage Park.

The Farmington Hills Special Services Department hosts the event Sunday, Oct. 25, at Heritage Park, 24725 Farmington Road. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with hayride departures listed every 15 minutes, according to the city’s registration system.

Children preschool age through third grade are encouraged to wear costumes. The event features hayrides, s'mores and candy-free trick-or-treat stations, according to Oakland County Moms.

What it costs

Both parents and children must register. The Oakland County Moms listing prices tickets at $15 for Farmington Hills residents and $20 for nonresidents, with the same rate for adults and kids. Families who skip the hayride save $3 per person.

The event listing warns that Boo Bash fills up fast. Pre-registration is required.

To sign up, call 248-473-1800 or visit the city’s registration system and search for Boo Bash, activity PR1001. Check availability before making plans.
