The Farmington Falcons opened their 2026 football season with a 32-7 victory over Ann Arbor Huron on Thursday, Aug. 27, at FHS Main Stadium.

The non-conference home game was Farmington's first football contest as a Lakes Valley Conference member school. The Falcons and North Farmington both compete in the LVC's Lakes Division for the 2026 season after previously playing in the Oakland Activities Association.

According to MaxPreps game data, Farmington built a 14-0 lead in the first quarter and led 25-0 by halftime before both teams scored in the fourth quarter for the final 32-7 margin.

The game kicked off at 7 p.m. at 32000 Shiawassee Rd. in Farmington. Ann Arbor Huron, known as the River Rats, fell to 0-1 on the season.

The Falcons have a bye week before traveling to Livonia Franklin on Saturday, Sept. 12, for a 7 p.m. non-conference kickoff. Farmington then returns home to host Walled Lake Western on Friday, Sept. 18, at 7 p.m.
