Free flu, COVID-19, pneumonia and RSV vaccinations will be available at Farmington Hills' 17th Annual Total Wellness Fair on Oct. 6.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Costick Center, 28600 Eleven Mile Road, between Middlebelt and Inkster roads. Admission is free.

The city's Special Services Department organized the fair in partnership with Kroger Health, which will administer vaccinations for all ages, according to the city's announcement. Beyond shots, the fair includes health screenings, assessments and educational exhibits from health care vendors.

Adults aged 60 and older get a free lunch.

Door prizes will also be available. Ciena Healthcare is sponsoring the event.

What to bring

Attendees need a photo ID showing a current address and an insurance card. Those on Medicare or Medicaid should bring that card as well. The city's announcement does not list a pre-registration requirement.
