Farmington Hills man charged with illegal dumping near Southfield Cemetery

Dwight Respess, 48, of Farmington Hills was arraigned Tuesday, July 21, on one count of illegal dumping after Southfield police say he repeatedly left red snapper fish and pigeon remains outside Holy Sepulchre Cemetery as part of a personal religious practice.
